Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange
  1. Contact us at support@favdaycollections.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item.
  2. Send the item back in its original, unused condition.
  3. Please note that we can’t accept returns or exchanges on pants and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
Important Details
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • We recommend sending the parcel by special delivery or using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.
  • You’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us.
  • We’ll cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you.
  • Please provide proof of posting so we can process your exchange.
Processing Your Return or Exchange
  • We’ll review the returned item and contact you to confirm your exchange has been accepted.
  • If the item is undamaged and in a re-sellable condition, we’ll issue a store credit or exchange (excluding the original delivery charge).
  • Please allow 5 working days for us to process your exchange.
Exceptions
  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or has been damaged through misuse or carelessness.
